Our technology and service provides marketers with the key to unlocking the true potential of Facebook/Instagram advertising, by producing mobile optimized Facebook ads creatives from existing assets. Shuttlerock offers three MobileFirst video optimization packages that are fast, easy, scalable, hand-crafted, and price-efficient.
We are a Facebook Marketing Partner with clients around the world, in every industry and of every size. Our global team is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a LATAM Market Account Manager.

Description:

•Work directly with Facebook, advertisers, and their agencies to optimize creative for a mobile experience.
•Manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
•Attend Facebook events as a representative of Shuttlerock.
•Update and track project progress within Shuttlerock's proprietary and adopted systems (Slack, Trello, etc.)
•Support clients by sharing examples and best practices among our client base
•Educate clients on industry trends, new service offerings and product enhancements
•Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
•Deliver on projects within committed timeframes
•Own relationship with assigned accounts from on-boarding through renewal
•Proactively coach and guide customers to engage in best practices that enable them to succeed with Shuttlerock
