Senior Manager - Growth

Key Deliverables :-

New business setup opportunity with the fastest growing business vertical - Inter-city division (Expresso) of Shuttl
•Drive revenue & profitability for all routes in North India by managing a team of 3-4 members
•Prioritise routes where occupancy is low for developing improvement initiatives
•Identify efficiency improvement projects by talking to multiple stakeholders – operators, travel agents, internal teams and through rigorous data analysis
•Gain end to end understanding of the business for developing these initiatives – Pricing, Agent sales, Customer experience, Online channel optimisation
•Ensure end to end implementation for all prioritized initiatives

Experience Required :-

Project management experience
Strong data analytics experience.

Educational Qualifications:-

Btech./ BE/ Other undergraduate degree from a reputed college
MBA good to have but not must have
