About the position

Showpad is looking for an experienced and successful Product Marketing Director who is articulate, collaborative, and driven to win in the market. We are looking for a talented leader to own our messaging and positioning for our solutions.

The candidate is responsible for defining messaging that accelerates our business, wins over the press/analyst/prospect/customer audiences and maintains our market leadership position. If you’ve won Gartner’s MQ and your sales team raves about you, we should talk.

Key responsibilities as a Global Director of Product Marketing at Showpad

* Create, maintain and own our sales-ready messaging and assets for our solutions
* Partner effectively with our content team to create on-message assets across the funnel
* Own product launches and bringing new products to market
* Serve as the internal evangelist and drive the enablement of the sales/cs teams with enablement folks
* Manage our analyst relations with exec support and win Gartner/Forrester/et al
* Be the best user of Showpad, drink our own champagne and serve it liberally

Skills and Qualifications we are looking for

* 5+ years proven success in a B2B marketing environment, preferably in technology, ideally SAAS
* Extensive expertise in managing product marketing projects
* Track records of turning product innovation into stories that sell
* A passion for crisp messaging, impactful enablement and strong cross functional collaboration
* Experience leading cross-functional projects and partnering well with PM, Content, Demand, Sales and Customer Success functions
* Strong initiative and drive
* High level of organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes, and a very detail oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving.
* Experience in leading a team
