About the position

As the Business Development Rep (BDR) at Showpad you will play a crucial role within our organization, selling the most innovative, disruptive mobile sales enablement solution will allow you to talk to, educate & challenge some of the largest partner-companies in the world.

You will be responsible for generating highly qualified partnership leads by collaborating strategically with the US Business Development Manager to identify, research and target the right agency partners. You will be responsible for developing a pipeline of relevant marketing and advertising agencies that have clients that fit Showpad’s ideal customer profile. You will identify and reach out directly to agencies to generate and qualify interest in Showpad’s referral program.

Key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager at Showpad

* Develop a strong understanding of the Showpad platform and the sales enablement industry
* Phone, email, and sales technology stack proficiency for organized outreach at scale
* Qualify prospects and set-up meetings for Business Development Manager
* Work towards a monthly lead-generation target
* Ability to make data driven decisions

Skills we are looking for

* 2+ years experience in a B2B SDR/Sales/Business Development role
* A proven track record of achieving measurable goals, a high level of drive, entrepreneurialism, and the will to win
* High-proficiency with the sales stack including Excel/Salesforce/Clari/Google calendar/Sales Navigator/Yesware
* Demonstrated ability to perform in a startup or small team environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Self-starter with a strong work ethic
* BA/BS Degree in Business/Marketing is preferred
