Shoptelligence is in search of an experienced executive assistant to provide energetic, complex administrative support to the executive team. The selected candidate will handle a wide variety of situations involving high-level executive office functions, exercising independent judgment and professional communication skills.

Our Design Discovery Platform uses Artificial Intelligence and sophisticated engineering that reasons like a stylist to transform a retailer’s basic product data into interactive room decors (and outfits in Apparel), simultaneously helping shoppers get inspiration and furnish their entire room while allowing the retailer to gain rich insights into consumer preferences and product trends. In an era of shopping riddled with choice paralysis, we are making shopping fun again for consumers, allowing them to get the inspiration and direction they crave while still having the power to conveniently sort through options and find their perfect, unique style.


Role description:
We're looking for an experienced, responsible and motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks including regular communications and coordination with internal team members, board members, investors and clients. Specific responsibilities include:
- Calendar, agenda and travel coordination
- Email, written and oral correspondence
- Report preparation
- Bookkeeping analysis
- Maintaining company documents
- Data entry to support sales, client success and finance
- Coordinating events

A few requirements:
- High school diploma
- At least 3 years’ experience supporting executives
- Excellent oral and written professional communication skills
- Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- “Can-do” attitude
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred but not required:
- Associates degree
- Experience with QuickBooks
