Position Summary
We are searching for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Software Sales Executive to join our professional sales team to continue our rapid growth. This position will demand a high knowledge of the SaaS
environment, experience in strategic enterprise-level sales and a proven track record that has driven sales growth through a process-oriented mindset. As a Software Sales Executive you will directly impact the digital-physical
fusion that is occurring in retail, starting with the Home Furnishings industry.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• 3-6 years’ enterprise-level sales experience working collaboratively in a team.
• Having a “Hunter” mentality: meeting and exceeding quotas and asking for more.
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline to achieve agreed bookings goals.
• Experience identifying, describing and navigating complex companies and sales cycles.
• Demonstrated success in working with customers on long-term agreements.
• Consultative sales approach with SaaS products.
• Track record of building relationships with C-Level and other client executives.
• Strategic thinker with superior organization skills, follow-through and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and deal strategy skills.
• Experience in the retail industry (preferred).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
• Grow top-line revenue and customer base.
• Build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Qualify prospects consistently.
• Move customers smoothly through the buying process and finalizing agreements.
• Develop and submit proposals that tie the solution with the prospect’s business outcome.
• Work with existing customers on long term renewals and upsells.
• Build relationships with strategic partners (platform providers, agencies, etc.).
