Sales & Marketing Responsibilities
Planning and executing in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas both online and offline including content development, web optimization, PPC advertising, events planning etc.)
Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to create brand awareness, promote our products and acquire new customers.
A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to generate and execute on creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.
The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that build awareness, assist with lead generation as well as fuel Shoptelligence’s revenue growth.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative online and offline marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development, marketing automation and optimization, advertising, PPC, events planning etc.)
• Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to execute events, campaigns, and product launches
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness, PR, and media
• Plan and execute campaigns to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)
• Assist in the development and distribution of channel partner marketing.
• Assist in analyzing performance and reporting of sales & marketing KPI’s (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future strategies and drive business goals
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales & Marketing coordinator or similar role
• Motivated, self-starter that demonstrates the initiative to complete responsibilities within tight deadlines and within budget
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (CRM, Mailchimp, SEM Rush, Marketing automation software) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords’, LinkedIn etc.)
• Well-organized and detail oriented with exceptional communication and writing skills
• Experience in working for a SaaS provider, retail technology and/or startup preferred
• BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
