Role Summary:
A social media enthusiast and a master storyteller of Shop101 employer brand, responsible for
creating and overseeing the strategy, design, development and implementation of various marketing
and employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other social media platforms

Responsibilities:
• Partner with the founders and business heads to strategize employer branding initiatives
• Identify employer branding opportunities and strategize, develop and execute various
branding activities thereby increasing Shop101’s brand awareness
• Take risks and find multiple possibilities to improve and be the employer of choice
• Promote the brand identity, making Shop101 the most sought-after employer
• Find employee related content to attract the best talent and focus on impact
• Partnering heavily with the recruitment team ensuring marketing goals are in support of
company pursuits
• Developing robust content marketing plans for external marketing through the various
channels
• Monitor competitors' activity and determine if brand pivoting is necessary Promote
communication between all stakeholders and employees. Stay open to different ideas and
identify opportunity to hold Employer branding events through company wide events
• Partner with the talent acquisition team in recruitment
• Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding and grievance handling
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Organize and conduct various employee engagement activities
