What We're Seeking

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to help us manage the day-to-day operations to support our GTM teams (Marketing, Business Development, Sales, & Customer Success). In this role, you’ll work closely with our GTM teams to understand Shippo’s acquisition channels, funnel, and customer lifecycle stages. You’ll work to optimize and automate business processes and ensure that we’re properly tracking relevant metrics. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented.

Your Impact at Shippo

• Work with GTM teams to ensure high data quality and hygiene for their tools (SFDC, Hubspot, Zendesk, etc.).
• Monitor our revenue operations dashboard to validate that our business processes and automation workflows are running properly. Intervene to resolve errors and optimize as needed.
• Analyze Shippo’s customer acquisition funnel from awareness through retention and recommend opportunities to optimize.
• Measure ROI and efficacy of marketing and sales campaigns.
• Research and recommend new marketing, sales, and data tools to support our efforts. These could be new automation tools, better tracking, BI, data integration, and more.
• Work closely with GTM teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.


Job Requirements

• Previous relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Knowledge of customer acquisition funnels.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL.
• Strong communication skills, especially the ability to present results cohesively to technical and non-technical audiences, including company leadership.
• Previous experience working with BI tools (we use Looker) and product analytics tools like Heap, Mode, and Pendo is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation software. We use SFDC and HubSpot, but you don’t need to know these two specifically. We can teach you.
• Eagerness to get your hands dirty and the ability to manage multiple projects and workflows.
