What you'll do:
Planning, executing and monitoring multi-branch rollout and adoption of the product with large enterprises, with step by step value realization for them
Design, deploy and monitor Self Onboarding framework for releasing the product with small and medium-sized enterprise customers
Deploying Measurable metrics for Monitoring adoption and value created for customers.
Come up with a framework to scale our enterprise onboarding, adoption, and customer success processes from scratch.
Provide support to sales and product teams in running product demos, which are focused on solving key problems of a potential customer
Gathering and prioritizing feedback from a customer from various channels.
Provide product & engineering teams a view of ground realities and help them in creating tremendous value for our customers.
Record, monitor and resolve customer support tickets and chats along with the engineering team.

What you'll need:
Demonstrated experience in managing successful implementations of Enterprise SaaS Product - you deeply understand the steps/processes required right from closing the customer to onboarding their entire team to getting their organization to successfully adapt to our product. It all ultimately distills down to retaining the customer and how happy they are.
Instead of looking at your experience in a number of years we dig into your past work to find indicators of a level of competency and maturity signaling somebody with 3+ years of experience and experimentation.
A customer experience-centric approach to help build and implement a great product.
Ninja of communicating with a customer via various channels: emails, phone, live chat.
Extreme ownership and disciplined planning for making customers successful within record time,
Experience in a fast-paced work environment & a bias for action.
