Noah Abelson-GertlerThe Role
Responsibilities:
• Prospect, develop, and close business for ShareRoot’s entire suite of products
• Perform product demos using web tools to prospects and customers
• Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge
• Work closely with Lead Generation representatives to cultivate and close opportunities
• Work closely with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure ShareRoot customer satisfaction
• Capture and provide feedback from prospects and customers
• Manage client relationships through day-to-day contact with the client, look for opportunities to up-sell, and ensure clients receive superior customer service
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities via Salesforce to maintain accurate records to maximize potential
• Create and deliver accurate forecasts
• Clearly articulate ShareRoot’s overall business objectives and value proposition to prospective clients and the industry overall
• Close new business commensurate with established sales quotas
• Develop understanding of competitors and position ShareRoot appropriately against their product and feature set
• Identifying new strategies and routes for increased productivity and sales
• Ability to work on-site in Berkeley, CA
Required Skills:
• 2+ years of transactional sales experience selling B2B marketing applications; experience with SaaS products preferred
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees and external clients
• Must possess strong communication and customer service skills
• Exhibit a team-first mentality
• Ability to maintain own workflow, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
• History of meeting/exceeding quota
