Optix is a digital platform for coworking spaces and serviced flexible office spaces. With clients in 25+ countries, Optix crafts beautiful and modern software that puts users at the center of the workplace experience while giving managers tools to run their workplace in a more delightful and flexible way. We're looking for a dedicated team member who is passionate about helping us change the way the world works.

In joining our team at this stage, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our business alongside a fast-growing team and evolving product.

The Optix office is located at 55 Water Street, Vancouver, in the heart of Vancouvers trendy Gastown neighbourhood, and just a few blocks from Waterfront Station for an easy commute.

Who you are
• 2-4 years of experience in a customer facing role, ideally with a technology company
• You are a skilled communicator, are able to speak directly to clients with confidence, and are always thinking of the most effective ways to communicate value through the right channels
• An exceptional writer and spoken communicator
• Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-moving organization
• Passionate about our product and working with small businesses
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
• Consultative with demonstrable experience
• Enthusiastic about learning and growing at Optix
• Intellectually curious and ambitious

What you'll do
• Manage the full sales cycle from land to expand, ensuring that our customers can achieve their business goals
• Gain a strong knowledge of the Optix platform
• Customize and deliver product demonstrations with a keen eye on your customers unique needs
• Nurture a pipeline of potential clients
• Foster new relationships with future clients, leveraging a range of channels and content strategies to establish yourself as their go-to workplace expert
• Use CRM software to send out emails, make phone calls, track conversations, set tasks and set appointments
• Support our top-of-funnel (marketing) strategy by contributing insight from your unique customer-facing perspective
• Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create the best customer experience
• Engage in team development and mentoring
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes
