Sharebite is an online food ordering platform with a social mission. Our platform enables users to place pickup or delivery orders from NYC’s top restaurants, while helping to address food insecurity in our communities.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented, empathetic, hard working individual to help lead Support for Sharebite’s new Group Order product. This is a new role, so we’re looking for someone who is excited to take initiative, and make the work their own. As the Group Order Support Lead, you will ensure that our Group Order product and customers receive the highest level of care.

You will receive training to be fully versed on our new Group Order product and ordering platform, learn restaurant dynamics and operations, as well as develop customer success skills and best-practices. *What You’ll Do *

Oversee our Group Order product, ensuring the successful completion of orders from setup to delivery.
Manage relationships with corporate-client administrators, keeping them satisfied and confident in Sharebite’s service.
Work with restaurants in the Group Order program, making sure they are trained in the group order fulfillment process and staying on top of orders.
Respond to customer emails and phone calls regarding their orders, and assist accordingly.
Work within the Operations team to develop strategies that will allow the Group Order product to scale successfully

Eager to learn: You’re excited to jump into a new product and learn the system in order to be knowledgeable for our customers
Attention to detail: You take great care with your work, and strive to proactively find issues before they arise
Self-Starter: This is a new role, so you have the opportunity to take the reigns and make it your own
Excellent phone etiquette: You feel comfortable and confident fielding phone calls from various stakeholders
Meticulous writing ability and comprehension: You are able to assess and respond succinctly, relevantly, and kindly to emails
