What you’ll do:

- Serve as our engineering lead for our social ad buying systems that manage over $1M+ in monthly ad budget
- Collaborate with the content/operations team to automate ad buying heuristics
- Propose and develop new engineering projects to create additional revenue streams

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Desire to own projects end-to-end — for any project we only have one person as lead. Others may collaborate with you, but you’ll have the most say on how something is done and the responsibility for getting it done.
- Ability to work autonomously — we only have 1 weekly meeting and the rest is open for you to be as productive as possible.

Bonus Points:

- Experience working in small teams (we’re currently a team of 4)
- Experience with social ad buying platforms e.g. Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Snap, etc.
- Fluent in Javascript (we use Javascript extensively across our codebase)
- Experience playing FIFA (Xbox) or Super Smash Bros Ultimate (Nintendo Switch) — we like to have fun while we work!

Location: Los Angeles

$110K - $180K yearly (based on experience)
0-1.0% profit sharing + equity plan (based on experience)
