The Position

You will be responsible for leading and executing marketing campaigns while delivering against strategic goals focused on building brand awareness, building customer relationships, and driving demand creation. As the B2B Growth Manager at Sezzle you will coordinate, plan and manage B2B campaigns; collaborating cross-functionally with other Sezzle teams such as; strategic partnerships, sales, and product groups.

Sezzle is a cutting-edge fintech company whose mission is to financially empower young consumers. Only one in three millennials own a credit card, and the vast majority of millennials possess a subprime credit score or no score at all. To address these problems, Sezzle has built a payment platform that increases purchasing power for consumers by offering interest-free installment plans at online stores. This increase in purchasing power for consumers leads to increased sales and basket sizes for the hundreds of eCommerce merchants that currently work with Sezzle.


Responsibilities:

- Drive demand generation and conversion goals through marketing campaign design and execution.
- Partner with internal business units to develop strategies and execute cross-functional campaigns for targeted marketing and customer cultivation activities across channels.
- Translate business needs & objectives into clear user requirements to assist in developing customer personas, journeys and digital experiences that achieve business goals.
- Develop clear documentation, timelines, one-pagers, status updates and other materials as required to proactively communicate and inform stakeholders.
- Responsible for definition, communication, and achievement of KPIs and results for campaigns.
- Coordinate with agency partners to deliver plans and execution in support of campaigns


Ideal Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing or related field
- Experience in financial tech marketing (preferred)
- Proven track record of campaign development with measurement tracking
- Experience with web content, social, and email marketing systems and best practices
- Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
- Outcome-oriented
- Proven ability to provide the highest level of service to all internal and external clients
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrated success working in a very fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and interact with all levels of management
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
