At Seven10, you’ll use the latest technologies to play an active role in supporting both new and existing products. As a Support Engineer, you will show leadership in all aspects of Seven10’s software support and professional services processes. You will provide pre-sales solutions engineering and help guide customers through successful deployments. You will contribute ideas to make a significant impact on our shared success!

You are an engineer who:
• has previous experience in computer engineering, architecture, or other related fields.
• demonstrates fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.
• values strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• has a keen ability to prioritize and multitask.
• is deadline and detail-oriented.

You are a team member who:
• oversees the installation of software and hardware.
• monitors system operations to detect potential problems.
• provides technical direction and guidance to team members.
• provides quality assurance reviews of new and existing software products.
• assists with pre-sales technical questions.
• manages data migration projects for our customers.

You will stand out if you have:
• managed or interacted with Cloud or Virtualization Platforms such as AWS EC2, Google Cloud Compute, Azure or VMware vSphere.
• dealt with file, block and object storage protocols such as NAS (SMB/NFS), OBJECT (S3, Azure, Openstack) or BLOCK (FC, SCSI, iSCSI, SAS, etc.)
• administered data storage systems from vendors such as DellEMC, HPE, IBM, etc.
• built, managed or deployed Docker containers
