Our team is comprised of experts in the field of Psychology, Biomedical Engineering and Data Science with experiences spreading across many countries and some of the top universities around the world. We’re now looking for a Backend Engineer to join us in our growth and success.
Who you are:
A highly skilled Backend Developer who will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing complex systems and user workflows under tight deadlines
Designing and developing new scalable and versatile services, APIs and microservices from scratch
Decomposing services from an existing monolith and redesigning, developing, and maintaining them in production, where necessary
Partnering with the product, design and other engineering teams to solve user problems using a pragmatic approach
2+ years of work experience in a relevant job position
Proficiency in Python
Experience designing and implementing APIs
Experience with Git
Experience with CI/CD Pipelines
Understanding of high-performance and high-availability coding techniques
Familiarity with TDD and testing frameworks
Good knowledge of English language
Positive energy and can do mentality
Self-starting attitude with ability to thrive in an autonomous culture
Nice to have:
Data forecasting and business intelligence automation with state-of-art data analytics algorithms and libraries
Experience with AWS software and deployments such as AWS Gateway - API and Lambda
Highly scalable production backbones with AWS, Docker, etc.
Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger
