What you do @magicplan

Combines customer service and account management, phone support for business clients

Work closely with the Montreal Sales team, owning the overall development and success of our Business accounts in Canada and the US. You will grow, drive, administer and cultivate our customer success strategy for business customers

You partner with sales to ensure a seamless hand-over and to achieve scalable growth strategies; you are responsible for the entire customer relationship post-sale including project governance, customer on-boarding and enablement as well as implementing business strategies to drive and help the customer realise the full potential of their magicplan app and cloud products

You are part of an agile, interdisciplinary team and work in close collaboration with our Product Teams, Marketing, Sales, Professional Services and Customer Support

You ensure customer success by data-driven analysis and prove our business cases on the ground and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly review expectations for internal and customer-facing reports

What you bring with you!

You have at least 2 years experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS business and software industry

You are a results-oriented professional that can develop and utilise efficient processes, capabilities and tools

You are able to work independently on multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment

You have strong interpersonal skills with knowledge to effectively operate with high energy, flexibility, and enthusiasm

You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
