Efficient receipt management is critical to the health of any business. Since 2013, Sensibill has been committed to building an AI-powered tool that makes capturing, organizing, and retrieving receipts as magical as possible. We work with banks to offer our receipt solution through their mobile banking apps. Banking customers use the service to keep track of important receipts for returns, exchanges, expenses, accounting, and taxes. Our mission is to provide digital banking tools that drive engagement while helping financial institutions better understand their customers.
Sensibill is looking for a savvy Technical Recruiter to be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success with regards to filling Sensibill engineering and non-technical positions. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional recruiting strategies and resources as well as developing new recruiting ideas.
The Technical Recruiter plays a crucial role in ensuring that the Company hires the best possible talent by developing and executing recruiting plans, networking through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees, coordinating/implementing college recruiting initiatives, administrative duties and recordkeeping. Specifically, Technical Recruiters are proactive about business needs, taking business trends into account when seeking out, prescreening, interviewing, and testing applicants to locate qualified employees for job openings.
They are required to maintain an extensive, up to date database of candidates available as needs arise. An essential element of this position is the ability to conduct effective interviews using competency based models.
