We have an incredibly active and quickly growing marketing program here at Sense and our Head of Marketing is looking for a talented and independent Demand Generation Manager to own and drive all aspects of Demand Generation and brand awareness.. We are looking for a bright, talented, and hungry Demand Generation Manager to drive sustainable and repeatable pipeline for Sense’s rapidly scaling sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to help set a Demand Generation Strategy here at Sense, flexing your muscles across many channels. Work hand in hand with revenue leaders across the org to set pipeline and lead goals, and drive awareness and pipeline across the funnel.

Your Responsibilities:

Own, develop and execute omni-channel campaigns to drive awareness, leads and repeatable and scalable sales pipeline
Build multi-touch ABM campaigns to reach and convert decision makers and influencers within target accounts in the staffing industry
Plan and execute campaigns to drive SQL targets including events, email marketing, social, paid media, content syndication, retargeting, direct mail etc.
Partner with BDRs, AEs and operations to ensure quality lead delivery and follow-up based on established SLAs
Manage Martech stack including Hubspot, Drift, SFDC and other tools to drive awareness and manage Sense lead and contact data
Work with executive, sales, operations and marketing management to define campaign KPIs, track performance, and report results on a regular cadence to leadership team
Manage contractor and vendor relationships, and appropriately setting timeline, budgets and scope of budgets




Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related work experience, preferably in a B2B startup environment
3+ years in a demand generation role
Deep fluency with marketing tools and automation such as Hubspot, Marketo, Optimizely, Wordpress, SFDC, Drift and Outreach
Dedicated to data; you’re committed to building clean data processes and developing attribution models
Passionate and proactive: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
Superior organizational and time management skills; excellent attention to detail.
Not afraid to ask why, and say no.
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in SaaS
Previous experience managing contractors or outside agencies
Experience or passion within recruiting or staffing space is a plus
