### At SeatGeek, nothing is more important than the people who work here. We’re looking for a Sr. Director of Total Rewards to provide leadership to the Total Rewards team and design and administer compensation, benefits and recognition programs that help us attract and motivate top talent.

Reporting directly to the CPO, you’ll partner with Executive Leadership, HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and Business Leaders across the globe to ensure our compensation and benefit offerings are “best in class”, align with our strategic goals and values, and take care of our employees.

### What You'll Do

- Drive SeatGeek’s total rewards (compensation, benefits, perks, and stock administration), including philosophy, program design, and operations globally
- Partner with and influence key stakeholders including executives and board members to ensure compensation philosophy and programs align to our strategy and values
- Understand industry best practices and lead effective and fair/equitable total rewards programs that meet the needs of our employees, maintain our competitive position in the marketplace and are cost-effective; always staying aware of the latest trends 
- Run ongoing market analysis and develop data-driven recommendations for strategy, design and cost structure changes to ensure that we maintain a competitive advantage and meet the needs of our team members and our company 
- Manage merit planning process and communications, and ensure our tools and technologies are optimized to support an easy and smooth process for the business
- Oversee and develop recommendations for annual budgeting and planning process
- Advise and educate on  SeatGeek’s pay philosophy, policy, and practice, ensuring all compensation programs are administered fairly and communicated consistently 
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and manage special projects as needed (e.g., leveling, org planning, compensation strategy, retention programs, etc.)

### What You Have

- 7+ years of designing, implementing and managing general compensation, sales compensation, executive compensation, benefits administration, and recognition programs
- Executive presence with a business mindset and a track record as a trusted business partner to senior executives
- Experience with incentive plan design and equity program management
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization—a true team player
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think conceptually
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements affecting employee benefit programs, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, Medicare, etc.
- Current PHR /SPHR, CCP is preferred.
