We are looking for experienced Sales Representative to join our sales team in Austin, TX.
Scrapo, Inc is a startup running the world’s largest plastic recycling marketplace. Today, over 35,000 businesses from 140 countries trade billions of pounds of recyclable plastics on Scrapo platform. Scrapo’s mission is to help preserve the environment by facilitating recyclables trading globally. Our vision is to become the Amazon for the recycling industry.
Responsibilities:
• Generating leads, finding and engaging with buyers and suppliers of recyclable plastics nationwide.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Understanding customers’ needs and promoting company’s new services
• Cold calling and client visits. Preparing sales presentations.
• Maintaining customer records using CRM software solutions
• Answering clients’ questions about new services
• Meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Required skills and qualifications:
• University degree in relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales
• Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Knowledge and experience using CRM systems is preferable
• Knowledge of plastics or recycling industry is a great advantage
