Engineering Product Manager with impeccable organization and project management skills to help us lead a broad cross-functional team in developing new products and technology. You will drive our day-to-day program activities, system build planning and execution, and risk assessments to meet overall program objectives for multiple products.

You Will :

The face of the product in the organization. People bring you questions, advice, and ideas. You represent and champion the team. You ensure that everyone. You ensure the product’s story is told, and understood, internally and externally. You create collateral, FAQs, docs, and presentations that can be leveraged by others.

Your success is the success of the product. You’re accountable for devising and executing a winning plan — no excuses. We give you a problem statement, but you’re the one who determines what your job is. You don’t get driven around by the team; you figure out what the team needs, and you deliver that. If there are gaps in vision, strategy, execution, impact, communication, visibility, team culture, team capabilities, or anything else, you own them.

Job Description:

- Manage products through the product development lifecycle by leading in-house teams using Agile Scrum methodology drafting business requirements, prioritizing features, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with scrum team members to ensure product features are delivered according to specifications.

- Define and document product requirements, features, and functionality.

- Assess opportunities by identifying ROI, define key performance indicators and partner with analytics team to measure success.

- Provide ongoing analysis of product effectiveness using a data-driven approach.

- Continuously implement and improve analytics infrastructure to track, monitor, optimize, innovate and report on acquisition and conversion metrics

- Collaborate with regional teams to get an alignment, report updates and build business cases, solutions etc.


-Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or closely related field; graduate degree strongly preferred 

- We recommend at least 3-4 years of experience in a product development team including a few years of experience as a Product Manager.

- Ability to break down requirements into epics and stories, grooming and elaboration of stories while also able to break down complex experiences into simple documents, stories, and flows 

-Extensive experience working with large cross-functional teams in hardware & product design, industrial design, operations, and system architecture 

- Familiar with electrical, mechanical, software engineering.

- Experience developing basic wireframes and interaction flows.

- Ability to negotiate with engineering on the story scope, complexity etc. 

- Ability to effectively communicate business requirements with effective business writing, numerical analysis, and verbal communication.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and .fast paced environment.

- Get things done attitude; Self-motivated, with the ability to “roll up sleeves” and prioritize.

-Ability to travel to support builds, both nationally and internationally
