About the Role
As the Digital Fraud Manager, you will plan, design, develop and oversee execution of Digital fraud detection strategies with main focus in reducing the businesses fraud risk.
The Digital Fraud Manager will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive fraud risk assessment of our products and implementing the appropriate strategies to ensure the business is protected from digital fraud risk, using a range of methodologies, processes and systems.
Your Average Day
- Using a strong understanding of digital tools, digital trends and how to integrate fraud prevention into digital strategies.
- Liaising with senior stakeholders across the Enterprise to evaluate new services and technologies and influence future strategic business and technology architecture and associated risk controls; Managing digital fraud prevention policy and process
- Ensuring the digital fraud prevention process is both efficient and effective
- Providing regular fraud reporting to management
- Driving continuous improvement in digital fraud prevention
About you:
- Strong leadership abilities both within and across business unit boundaries;
- Outstanding analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data to create and present reports that drive insightful recommendations to the business;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with a non-technical audience;
- Have the ability to work on several concurring projects and be comfortable in an environment of constantly changing priorities;
- Proficient with understanding and explaining both structured and unstructured data
