You will be reporting to our Chief Executive Officer directly. This role will be based in Casablanca.

- Master Customer Service, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for providing a great service
- Have high attentiveness standards
- Resolve problems by applying established guidelines and thinking out-of-the-box when necessary
- Help achieve very low churn rate by creating a long lasting happy customers
- Have deep knowledge of how SafarPass products & services work
- Define and establish best practices altogether with the rest of the team
- Ensure a smooth transition with the rest of the team from day shifts to night shifts & weekdays to the weekend, back and forth
- Suggest new ideas to improve customer experience
- Have proficient time management skills
- Help on-board and educate customers on innovative best practices
- First hand experience hiring, managing multiple shifts and developing specialized support teams is a must

You have
- Availability and flexibility to work on rotating shifts according to business needs, including Bank holiday
- Exceptional communication skills fluent in Arabic and English. Other languages a plus
- Comfortable using ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot or any similar software is a plus
- You don’t need continuous supervision and guidance to get things done
- Enjoy delighting customers by phone, chat and e-mail, with a goal to create long-lasting connections
- Ability to multitask and handle tasks with very little guidance and with excellent follow up skills
- A strong entrepreneurial and can-do mindset, undaunted by shifting priorities
- Desire to be a key player within a strong team focused on exceeding client expectations
- Able to communicate with VP’s, EVP, and C-level executives
- Ability to set and execute on priorities within a fun and fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem solver with can do attitude
- Experience trainer and coaching skills is desirable
- Autonomy and teamwork
