Saddle Shoppe is a rapidly growing luxury retail company with a focus on e-commerce excellence combined with an expanding retail presence.

This role will have direct impact on our ability to scale efficiently. We’re looking for someone who has the ability to manage and create efficiency in our warehouse and help effectively communicate inventory availability to our customers. 


Responsibilities:

• Oversee e-commerce customer order flows and on-demand ordering from Retail Locations/ Pop Ups
• Manage inventory availability and accuracy
• People management: warehouse and customer support
• Inventory control for Warehouse –advise on when new lines should be released as well as quantities per style/ SKU
• Manage distribution and transportation vendor relationships (FedEx, USPS, DHL)
• Manage inventory tracking system and ensure optimization of inventory in the retail locations (physical channels).
• Monitor market changes and trend changes and react quickly to implement in the store.
• Forecast and analyze sales patterns to anticipate trends in the consumer buying pattern.
• Recommend and implement events, promotions, and pricing strategies, while driving business and profitability.
• Create detailed reports on sales and inventory levels that can be shared through the team
• Ability to allocate to retail and partner store locations


Requirements

You are a self-starter, able to learn quickly and take initiative, as our company is dynamic, and ever-evolving. To succeed in this position, the following qualities are paramount:
• 3 – 4 years in similar role or equivalent experience
• Passionate about data-driven decision making
• Skilled at delivering in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
• Able to adapt well to shifts in strategy and meet changing deadlines and priorities
• Exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication, project management and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive and upbeat demeanor
• Relevant experience in inventory planning and management
• An analytical mind with strong attention to detail along with creative problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a very communicative and collaborative work environment but also able to make decisions quickly and execute.
• Ability to plan and build out assortment plans and merchandising strategies.
• Highly efficient, organized and an excellent communicator with strong leadership abilities
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, move fixtures and furniture, being handy with tools is always a plus.
• College Degree or equivalent.
