The Account Manager position within Rumbleship is all about strategic relationship building. You’ll work with customers to get them fully on-boarded and help them experience all the benefits Rumbleship can bring to their business. We’re looking for someone who is a positive self-starter and can manage the current fast-paced demands of the our clients while desiring to grow with the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

- Achieve expert working knowledge of our products and features
- Build relationships with customers from starting with on-boarding/activation and beyond
- Keep clients apprised of new features, upgrades, and opportunities.
- Identify process and product improvements to increase customer happiness
- Synthesize customer needs and to help drive product evolution and go-to-market strategy
- Partner with e-commerce merchants, platforms, and service providers
- Route inbound issues to customer success when appropriate
- Driven to succeed, exceed goals and be able to work both independently and with the team to build your book of business


- Bachelor degree or equivalent 3+ years work experience
- Excellent communication skills, a thirst for knowledge and highly detail oriented
- Experience with sale tracking & support ticketing software
- Have or develop keen understanding of e-commerce landscape, tools, technologies and optimization strategies


- E-commerce/Fintech sales experience
- Enthusiasm and interest in SMB/long-tail and experience-driven commerce
- Existing executive level relationships within the e-commerce/retail/marketing field
- Comfortable working in a small company culture; creating and executing processes on the fly
