Client Success Specialist

Rumbleship is adding a customer success member to our business team and we want someone who cares deeply about how customers are helped and treated. We’re looking for someone who is a positive self-starter and can manage the current fast-paced demands of the our clients while desiring to grow with the team, and possibly beyond the customer success track in the next 12-18 months.

Job Responsibilities:

- Onboard new customer applications
- Achieve expert working knowledge of our products and features
- Be customers’ point person for troubleshooting. Respond to user requests in a prompt and considerate manner.
- Work closely with customer success, sales, engineering and senior leadership on product development
- Respond to inbound support inquiries from customers
- Identify process and product improvements to increase customer happiness
- Take ownership of customer service inquiries and follow through to resolution
- Create documentation to better the overall customer experience/journey

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in communication studies or related field
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Organized with a high attention to detail
- Experience with support ticketing software
- Proficient with Mac applications, G-suite, other standard communications tools

Pluses:

- Financial services customer service experience
