Role:- Business Development Manager. Company:-RRB Advisors is a profitable services start-up based out of Kolkata providing insightful solutions in the financial research, analytics and startup advisory space and compliance space.

Job Profile
•Work with founder/CEO to set short term and long term strategic marketing objectives to achieve all financial and non-financial goals of the company.
•The BDM’s primary objective would be to enable growth and boost sales by strategizing and implementing a detailed marketing plan to generate leads, establish connect and encourage brand recognition by using both traditional and non-traditional marketing channels. The ultimate goal is to ensure customer capture and exceeding of revenue targets.
•BDM would define and drive the marketing strategy, branding and go to market strategy. The BDM would also drive all the related activities, viz, brand strategy and positioning, advertising, public relations, sales collateral, packaging, social media marketing, customer satisfaction / customer experience, data analytics and digital marketing aspects.
