Marketing Associate (Web3)

Router Protocol is the interoperability layer connecting different blockchains. We are looking for a digital marketing associate to help the marketing efforts for Router Protocol including paid advertising, SEO, community building, and organic outreach. Must be a good writer with web3 knowledge, willigness to research, and write.

Our ideal candidate for this position will thrive in fast-paced environments and be able to use analytics to drive marketing campaigns and actionable insights across channels. We are a small team in a fast-growing organization and as such, having a self-starter mentality as well as being able to work independently and proactively to resolve issues is extremely important.

Responsibilities

-Create, manage, and execute growth marketing campaigns

-Partner closely with product marketing, development, community, and other teams across the organization to strategize and deliver marketing campaigns that drive user awareness and adoption.

-Collaborate with teams across the marketing organization to manage newsletter workflows
Research and experiment with the implementation of paid media across social, search, podcasts, newsletters, and other channels

-Measure effectiveness, iterate, and improve campaigns (wallet activity, visitors, transaction activity)

-Build lead nurture and workflow automation to drive conversions

-Plan Social Media strategy and brand planning across all the relevant traction channels - ramp up organic followers through engagements on regular posts.

-Create interesting campaigns to increase top-of-funnel engagement from the gamer community.

-Breathe life into our community engagement with a constant influx of relevant memes and posts.

-Drive the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear & consistent way that resonates with our vision and motivates our target users & community. You will promote our brand manifesto to the press and across our communication channels like Discord, Twitter, Telegram, etc

-Build measurable results for all activities conducted and follow through on KPIs to constantly improve the results

Requirements

-2-3+ years of experience in Google Analytics, SEO, user acquisition, or demand generation

-Strong analytical skill set with a demonstrated ability to think creatively

-Excellent writer and communicator with extreme attention to detail

-Comfortable operating independently and a keen ability to identify opportunities

-Familiarity with SQL, Adobe, Figma, Canva, HTML preferred

-Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends and analyze marketing and (message with keyword banana so we know you read the post ) campaign effectiveness

-Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, limited resources, and ambitious goals

-A self-starter mentality, able to work independently and proactively to resolve issues

-Self-motivated: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, empathy, and determination to get things done
