Sales Development Representative - Solo & Small Law Firms

ROSS Intelligence is looking for Sales Development Representatives who can generate new client revenue by identifying new potential customers and leads.

What you will do:

  • Educate trail ROSS users about the value of a paid subscription
  • Maintain active engagement with prospects using creative follow-up communication
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound communications
  • Conduct qualification meetings with new customers
  • Ensure a seamless hand-off of appointments to the rest of the sales team
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce
  • Analyze sales data and recommend new outreach strategies
  • Provide suggestions to Sales leads to improve external communication and internal processes
  • Meet & exceed monthly and quarterly qualified appointment objectives

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in an SDR/BDR role
  • Software as a Service sales experience a must
  • A desire to be in a software sales (full cycle) position as a career progression
  • Experience cold-calling and cold-emailing a plus
  • Experience selling into the legal vertical a plus
  • Experience working with Salesforce or any other CRM systems a plus
