About This Role:
This is the perfect entry level job for a graduate or recent graduate with a few years of experience who is seeking an opportunity to learn while simultaneously fast tracking their career. This role is a contract to hire position meaning that for the first 90 days we will be in a trial period, where you will get to know the role, go through the on-boarding track and will be figuring out if this role is for you. At the end of 90 days, we will review performance, mutual happiness and if it's a fit, this role will convert into a full time employee of Rose Digital. Contract to hire is our preferred process as it ensures longevity and best fit for the team and for the candidate. We want you to be happy and successful in your career and a trial period allows that to happen.

What You'll Do In This Role-

Own the Outbound Process- Utilize all available platforms to increase the pipeline and set meetings for senior leadership. You will manage lead generation tools and conduct outreach on behalf of yourself and senior leadership. You will create campaigns, attend events, and schedule outreach. We are focused on outbound as much as inbound and you must be comfortable with the early stages of the sales pipeline- you will identify, outreach, set and conduct meetings.

Support Senior New Business Leaders-Support the end-to-end development and delivery of new business pitches and presentations. Work with Project Management to ensure Client Communication Reports, meeting notes, and action items are properly circulated. Assist in the strategy development for new business and business development- including our demand generation (events) and panel series.

You Love Tech and Might Have a Technical Background: New business development is about telling the story of what technology can do for the client. You have to understand how the product works, why it is designed to work that way, and what value that's going to add for our partners. 


Competitive compensation based on experience. Business development team members are qualified for both base and performance based compensation. Salary + commission/bonus- salary is flexible and commensurate with experience, generous commission and bonus plan is in addition to base listed.
