Customer Success Manager

Areas of responsibility:
As a Customer Success Manager, you work in Rokoko’s Inside Sales & Marketing team with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention. You will be the key bridge between sales and support. Your work approach is customer-oriented, proactive and systematic. Your core activity will be to engage in value-creating communication with our customers and ensure a high customer retention rate. You have the following key areas of responsibility:

1) Onboard new customers: You should establish processes to ensure that new customers are on-boarded successfully, receive value quickly and get a great first experience with Rokoko.
2) Support user community: You should support our customers in the daily usage of our products and services across various channels and ensure that they can attain their goals.
3) Drive feature adoption: You should drive additional value by demonstrating benefits to customers and encourage deeper and broader feature adoption.
Increase retention and renewal rates: You should develop processes and relationships that increase retention and loyalty of our customers to ultimately increase renewal rates.
4) Synthesize customer feedback: You should synthesize customer feedback and work with internal teams including Product Development to respond to current and emerging needs.
5) Create customer advocacy: You should identify and build relationships with evangelists and advocates among our customer base to drive customer advocacy.

Requirements:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in relevant field
- +2 years relevant work experience in a related role (e.g. in sales, account management, customer support, or other) with a strong preference for customer success.
- Superior and proven communication skills - internal and external, written and oral communication is key.
- Fluent in English language.
- Highly organized and process-oriented.
- Interest in technology and 3D hardware/software tools.

A plus if you have:
- Experience with sales or customer support in an early-stage startup (SaaS and/or hardware).
- Experience with CRM-, chat-, email- and customer service software.
- Experience working in 3D content creator software as Maya, 3DS Max, Blender, iClone, and Cinema4D and/or 3D engines such as Unity and Unreal.
