At Rocketbook we create reusable, cloud-connected note-taking products from the future. Our mission began on crowdfunding platforms Kickstarter and Indiegogo and we’ve since launched the #1 office/school product in crowdfunding history. And while the big wigs on Shark Tank couldn’t see our vision, it didn’t stop us from becoming the #1 selling notebook on Amazon. We’re constantly launching new products (five last quarter alone)!

We’ve got some crazy cool ideas for the evolution of our digital and physical products and we’re looking for a Product Analyst Intern who can work with members of the Product team to help imagine the future of the Rocketbook app. The Analyst is also expected to help with app usage analysis, competitor analysis, QA, and customer development. The focus of this role is on innovating and helping us determine where we should go next.

- User development via user interviews, support requests, and user inquiries
- Collaborate with the product team to QA, analyze data from app usage, and make sense of survey feedback
- Use data to inform the product team about new app features and improvements
- Help with general business operations

- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing
- Open to all majors and concentrations
- Takes initiative and is not afraid to tinker
- Willingness to do “whatever it takes” to help the company
- Ability to self-organize with minimal guidance/competing priorities
- Takes the time to learn about our company in advance

Timing and Compensation
- October/November 2019 start
- Working remotely is OK, but in person is preferred when possible (we’re located in a WeWork office close to North Station)
- 10-20 hours per week
- Monthly stipend depending on number of hours

This opportunity would be great for somebody who...
- Wants to gain experience with a growth stage startup that has both a physical and digital product
- Wants to make a contribution to a product that your friends will use
- Wants to learn how to build a product or feature from scratch
- Wants to be a part of a small, nimble team
