Description

RoadSync is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our fast-growing team. As an Enterprise Account Executive you will be helping to drive company revenue by bringing on net new customers who understand the efficiency and revenue improvement that RoadSync bring to their businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on creating partnerships with leading logistics and warehousing companies
• Working with a combination of lead generation sources, initially focusing on building a strong pipeline of opportunities using your own skills in sales outreach
• Utilize online and offline sources to cultivate new leads and develop your pipeline
• Execute exploratory calls, conduct screen share or in person demos of our platform, negotiate price and contract terms, manage a pipeline and forecast deals on a monthly basis
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
• Travel to conduct in person meetings when necessary


The ideal candidate will:

• Have a proven track record of success selling to B2B companies
• Exhibit passion about working with logistics companies
• Learn quickly and be receptive to coaching
• Be highly motivated, adaptable and open-minded
• Be RoadSync’s eyes and ears for new customer/market needs

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years experience selling software to mid-market and enterprise-level B2B companies
• Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
• Understanding of sales methodology and forecasting
• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong customer and previous-employer references
