Business Development Representative @ Ritual

The right person loves a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets that you don't mind being measured against. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded, genuine person who has the passion to hustle like nobody’s business and deliver exceptional results.

The Business Development Representative is responsible for merchant outreach, pitching the Ritual platform, scheduling decision makers with either Market Development Managers or Insides Sales Account Executives, and logging necessary information into the CRM system.


-Qualify ideal merchants in your market, determine decision makers, call on merchants, and set sales meetings for either Market Development Managers or Inside Sales Account Executives per funneling guidelines.
-Make 70+ calls per day and set up follow up events in Salesforce for each call to document pitches set in motion and/or pitches to further develop on future calls.
-Conduct meetings with Account Executives and Market Development Managers to identify any stagnant merchants, emphasizing the opportunities that exist for merchants to be transitioned to pitches.
-Deliver exceptional customer service to all accounts. Building loyal and strong relationships at a local level
-Be accountable for meeting weekly and monthly KPIs

-1-2 years of relevant experience
-University or College Degree preferred
-Excellent communication skills
