We are looking for a highly motivated individual who eats, breathes, and dreams eCommerce and digital marketing. Could it be you?

You are results-oriented with a strong understanding of the digital commerce landscape and want to be a key contributor to the efforts made in accelerating our clients' online businesses. You enjoy working with better-life brands and solving complex problems that require as much creativity as analytical skills.


In this position, you will implement growth strategies for a variety of clients to maximize their marketing funnels. Your ability to test, learn and iterate on the tactics used will be essential to achieving the data-driven results we seek for our clients. While this role will require you to strategize and think hard, it is primarily focused on execution and is an “all hands-on deck'' role.

Your responsibilities include:

Analyze client audience, competitors, market and trends to identify tactics across channels that can be used to help our clients reach their goals
Develop and test email campaigns and automated email workflows
Carry out customer segmentation and implement remarketing strategies
Contribute to generating and coordinate content calendars
Creating engaging text, image and video content
Apply SEO best-practices
Maintain, monitor and leading of social channels
Create, distribute and monitor social media contests and campaigns
Connect and collaborate with influencers
Implement landing and website pages
Merchandize online stores to optimize CR, AOV, LTV and other key metrics
Contribute to paid media campaign management
Use data to test, analyze, learn and iterate on marketing tactics in order to discard ineffective tactics and double down on the more effective ones
Engage in communicating with clients on a regular basis
Report on key metrics per channel, per client
Keep up to speed with eCommerce and digital marketing practices, web strategies and industry standards
Other duties as assigned

Requirements / Desired skills

2+ years digital marketing experience
Proficiency with understanding marketing data to drive actionable insights
Superior written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Adapts easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling multiple projects at once
Keen team player
Thrive on self-improvement and a strong desire for continuous learning
Proactive and solution oriented
A passion for eCommerce
Bonus points: a business degree and/or agency experience
