Ring is looking for a Lead iOS Engineer. This person will design and develop mobile apps for next generation connected consumer electronic devices, and support new & existing products & software.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing on the iOS sdk, including objective-c, swift, xcode, cocoapods, shipping products to the Apple App Store
- 3-5 years of experience with:
- Web architectures and services (HTTP, REST, SOAP, etc.)
- Persisting data (Core Data, User Defaults)
- 1-3 years of experience with:
Video streaming, codecs, MPEG, H.264, 4K, and other video formats, computer vision, TCP/IP and Networking protocols, SIP experience is a big bonus
iOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Different versions of iOS and how to deal with different screen sizes
Familiar with push notifications (APNS)

Nice to have:
- Experience working with other mobile platforms such as Android or Windows
