The Opportunity
A lot of digital video advertisements suck— but they don't have to. At Rickhouse Media we are building a team of innovative creators who are passionate about defining the future of online video advertising. The Creative Director will oversee the production of marketing content for notable digital advertisers (ex: Grubhub, Grove, Hint Water) on all major social media advertising platforms. Help us bring your ideas to life for many of today's largest digital brands.

We integrate brand & analytics into our video production and are committed to making premium ads that engage new customers for our clients. What You’ll Do
- Drive creative development from briefing to execution
- Develop art direction, treatments, copywriting, storyboards & shot-lists
- Interact directly with clients to share concepts and ingrate feedback
- Assist with production logistics (crew, location, talent, etc.)
- Direct productions
- Oversee post-production teams
- Lead internal review process, quality control and approvals
- Collaborate with our analytics team to use data to influence future creative

The Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a creative director or digital art director for notable brands
- Proven track record leading teams and external creative partners
- Experience in traditional digital marketing and performance marketing
- Deep familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines
- Ability to give and receive critical feedback in a small team environment
- Ability to produce content in a very fast paced environment under tight timelines
- A portfolio that demonstrates the above skills
- Bonus: experience in graphic design and/or photography
