Rhombus is seeking a VP of Publisher Development that will be focusing on growing Rhombus's business by building relationships with digital publishers, increasing our supply.

This is a visible, client facing position that requires strong organizational skills, creative thinking, professionalism, and an ability to build trust with senior decision makers at premium digital publishers.

Responsibilities
- Prospect, acquire and grow relationships with publishers to drive overall programmatic revenue and supply relationships for Rhombus.
- Manage all facets of the sales process from pre-sale to close, including ongoing sales consultation and upsells to publishers.
- Daily email outreach to publishers offering Rhombus's embedded content solutions.
- Ability to exceed performance goals and quotas while managing a book of business.
- Service-oriented approach to customer development with the ability to consistently follow up and see through tasks.

Requirements
- 8+ Years experience working in publisher sales.
- Strong familiarity with online advertising industry terms, the publisher landscape, advertising concepts and business models.
- Desire to work in a startup environment.
- Understanding of publisher implementation technologies such as header bidding, CPMs, DoubleClick for Publishers, etc.
- Strong Deal Closer and a Competitive Mentality Excellent presentation, communication and relationship building skills.
- Highly Tech Savvy and MS/Google proficiency/CRM proficiency
- Passionate about managing and developing people
