Rhombus is a game-changing platform that is creating an entirely new media channel to bridge the gap between digital and social. The account executive at Rhombus will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, pitching, defining, negotiating, closing and managing partnerships with agencies and brands.

Responsibilities:
* Generate revenue from brands and agencies through sales calls and presentations introducing Rhombus’ solutions into high-value accounts.
* Effectively communicate Rhombus’s unique value proposition through outcome-oriented proposals that meet client objectives.
* Creatively solve client business challenges and provide marketplace feedback to Rhombus team in real-time to inform product and business strategy.
* Develop and maintain account relationships at all personnel levels with an intelligent approach and thoughtful understanding of what drives the agency and brand towards partnerships.
* Increase Managed Service and Private Marketplace sales partnerships against the territory and account list.
* Oversee all phases of client-facing sales cycle, from getting ahead of the RFP process to execution to post-campaign communication of successes and challenges.
* Meet or exceed sales quotas against the territory and account list
* Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Publisher Development) internally to ensure success and growth of partnerships.
* Accurately report sales activity and expertly manage forecasting pipeline.
* Attend industry events and represent Rhombus with the highest level of integrity.
* Be an advocate of the Rhombus platform and the social embed ecosystem and channel we are creating.
* Help Rhombus build our dream team of sales professionals, including your own team of account executives to handle the demand you create at the appropriate time.

About You:
* You have 4+ years in a territory ownership and book-carrying sales role in the digital media, programmatic and/or data space.
* You thrive in a startup environment and are eager to become an early-stage expert on Rhombus, evangelizing its value to your clients.
* You build deep relationships with direct clients and agencies from planner to C-level, in the territory.
* You are a knowledgable and solution-oriented seller with a reputation for professionalism and trustworthiness.
* You demonstrate extraordinary communication skills, attention to detail, mastery of the numbers.
* You’re experienced in selling contextual media solutions and programmatic products to both media and trading desk customers.
* You are an established Digital Professional, savvy in the evolving programmatic landscape and client, agency, trading desk, DSP and SSP hierarchy.
* You are a skilled listener who is adept at processing feedback and questions quickly and adjusting your approach on the fly to drive business forward.,
* You are a highly-motivated hunter, closer, team player.
* Your subordinates, colleagues, managers and clients come to you for your perspective and your honesty.
* Your combined Ad Tech, Social and Publisher experience is a plus.
