Rhombus Systems is seeking an Account Manager who is hard-working and passionate about serving customers and ensuring their success. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers helping them with renewals, upsell opportunities, account questions, and more.
Day to day activities might include doing a QBR (quarterly business review) with a strategic customer, helping a customer with a renewal, mapping out new opportunities with a customer, or answering product questions. You'll work close with sales, customer success, and engineering to make sure your customers are successful and happy.
- Previous experience doing software account management (2+ years)
- Ability to navigate a customer through the renewal process
- Track record of consistent quota over-achievement
- Experience handling and managing mid-size and enterprise businesses
- Experience with hardware/software sales and channel sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
This job is full-time based in our Sacramento office. (Exceptions currently being made throughout COVID-19 to allow employees to work from home as needed for safety.)
