Rhombus Systems is seeking a hard-working and passionate Director of Sales to lead our growing sales team. You should be an energetic sales leader that is ready to take the next step in your career. You should have a history of leading sales teams and of consistent over-achievement from both a leadership perspective and as an individual contributor (Presidents Club, etc.) Lastly, you must be comfortable selling technology into all levels of an enterprise organization.

Responsibilities
* Establish quotas for the sales team and drive results around certain KPI's
* Coach and develop new sales team members
* Develop sales playbooks
* Work with management team to close strategic deals
* Establish tools to better operationalize sales team
* Work closely with the channel team to sell through our partners

Qualifications
* Previous experience leading and building an enterprise sales team
* Proven track record of training, leading and motivating inside sales teams
* Solid understanding of Salesforce
* 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
* 2+ years of sales management experience

This job is based in Sacramento and some travel is required.
