ABOUT THE TEAM
The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe. We focus on community-driven and marketing-driven approaches to ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region.
The Growth department is constantly innovating and trying new ways to grow Revolut faster and more effectively. Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets, are passionate about Revolut, and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed.

We’re looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to build and lead our subsidiary in India. Reporting directly to the Revolut Group COO and CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities of Revolut in Singapore.

What you’ll be doing:
• Obtain non-banking payment/FX licences and operationalise them as efficiently as possible
• Obtain full banking licence as efficiently as possible
• Cross-functional Leadership: Build and lead the country team
• Build and optimise scalable processes to prepare the company for hyper growth
• Lead and execute (end-to-end) roadmap projects
• Hire and train your team for success in your country
• Principle-driven Strategy: explore and define which projects the team should prioritise, and set a timeline to reach goals efficiently
• Product improvement: proactively search for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
• Manage critical vendor relationships and build performance tracking systems
• Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Deep knowledge and experience in Retail Banking Products (10-15 years of experience)
• Preferably have some start-up experience, but not required
• Direct experience interacting with Regulators
• Excellent knowledge of relevant regulation and regulatory bodies
• Have a very strong entrepreneurial drive
• Have a accounting, treasury/risk, or investment banking background
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Ability to recruit and lead a senior management team
• Demonstrate an ability to think and reason logically
