ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual to help build and manager our hiring pipelines for Compliance roles for offices in Krakow, Porto and Vilnius.
What you will be doing:
Performing sourcing to fill open non-tech positions and anticipate future needs
Collaborating with Hiring Managers to meet their needs
Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates, selling Revolut as an employer
Taking steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
3+ years of experience preferably in mass recruitment projects
Agency experience is a plus
Fluent English language
Results-driven and numbers-oriented
Ability to plan and execute
High attention to details
Flexibility and adaptability
