As a People Operations Manager, you will:

Get full exposure to the operations of a tech startup while also playing a hands-on role in hiring support, recruiting and workplace tasks.
Work closely with the founding team to grow the company and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities
Hiring support: You will work with each respective team lead to assist with the hiring process including recruiting, scheduling, booking travel, and managing on-site candidate visits
New hire on-boarding: You will work to set-up and maintain a process for on-boarding new employees (desk setup, payroll, benefits enrollment, swag, etc.)
Executive Support: Support the leadership team with various tasks such as scheduling, documentation and travel
Human Resources: Help develop employee development and training programs
Internal Communications: Participate and take notes to circulate to the rest of the company on important matters
Performance Management: Assist in planning and execution of our KPI Goal Setting process for different teams
Finance: Support bill payment, invoicing, approving expenses and travel
Event Coordination: Coordinate internal events throughout the year including lunches, dinners and quarterly gatherings
Day to day: Help day to day office management tasks including coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and snack fulfillment

Qualifications
Have 4+ years experience in a similar Human Resources, Recruiting of Workplace Role
Proactively anticipate next steps on administrative tasks
Be organized and able to anticipate up-to-the-minute need
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft, edit, and proofread presentation material
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices and experience in developing, executing and maintaining HR projects and programs
Represent Revivn as a top notch brand ambassador.
Outgoing personality and professional attitude
