We are looking for a marketing strategy specialist to create unique and effective advertising strategies based around data and media intelligence. You will ensure that advertising strategies are effective in winning new clients and keeping existing clients.

In this role, you should be a critical thinker and able to establish trust and build rapport with clients and media professionals. Your goal will be to effectively set and optimize strategies around ad exposure and data in order to outperform competition.

>> Start remotely and re-locate to Phuket within 90 days/ or when travel restrictions are lifted.

Key Tasks

  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase client conversion rate via various paid advertising platforms
  • Identifying new media placement potentials across all verticals and expanding our ability within new markets
  • Building Media placement strategies for all focus industries as well as test industries
  • Building relationships with DSPs, DMPs, Ad networks in all markets within the our core and new emerging markets
  • Identifying sales potentials and our ability to perform in new markets
  • Negotiating pricing with networks in order to reduce overall placement costs
  • Identify the best media execution plan for each clients strategy and leading the team in the setup and optimization of client campaigns
  • Managing Media budget within each client campaign while maintaining the best quality of placement possible

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new media placement potentials across all verticals and expanding our ability within new markets
  • Building Media placement strategies for all focus industries as well as test industries
  • Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
  • Compare and negotiate rates, ad space
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
  • Report to clients and build long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Marketing or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
  • Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research
  • Interest in following advertising and media trends
  • Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • Excellent English Communication
  • MUST be willing to relocate to Rawai, Phuket
