-About This Role-
It’s an exciting time to join Resource. We have a product with traction in the market that reduces the busy-work required in recruiting and the beginning of a platform that enables new ways of building teams.

As an Account Executive you will be joining a small but hardworking GTM team, helping us go to market more aggressively. You’ll work closely with Pete Sitov, Heidi Darling, Kristina Finseth, and Dylan Houston. (Check out the team on our website: resource.io/company)

-What You’ll Do-
*Execute a consultative, solution-selling process; build value, identify decision makers, understand needs/reason for the change, demonstrate solutions, present proposal, negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed quota targets
*Build a pipeline while utilizing your skills to document and track activities
*Set and manage customer expectations pre-/post-sale to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
*Attend various industry conferences and events throughout the year to represent the brand, build rapport with existing Resource clients, partners, and employees, and network with prospective clients
*Maintain knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies
*Collaborate effectively with Customer Success and other pre-sale resources in a team selling environment
