A taste of what you’ll do

*As a talent coach for our customers*

- Work closely with our early customers, people-first CEOs and recruiting teams to implement best practices for sourcing, relationship-building, communication, coaching hiring managers and more
- Advise and guide our customers, ensuring they launch, adopt and continually make progress with Resource's help.
- Use our extensive dataset to help our customers (and us!) make better hiring decisions
- Build strong rapport with our customers and partners by being helpful, proactive & empathetic

*As a product evangelist*

- Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient
- Deeply understand the pains, motivations and desired progress of top recruiting teams and synthesize that information into product strategy, identifying new uses for Resource that drive adoption and help customers make progress
- Help create customer stories and case studies from real life anecdotes

*As Head of Talent at Resource*

- Design, test and drive Resource’s internal recruiting experiments
- Help create the most innovative recruiting culture in the world – we’re modeling the change we wish to see, and the one we'll increasingly deliver through our products

What you bring to the table

- An entrepreneurial spirit and drive to create an entirely new standard in our industry
- As much love for experimentation and learning as you have for people and strategy
- Intimate knowledge and curiosity for what makes a world-class recruiting process and endless ideas on what can be tested and improved
- Ability to coach executive teams, founders and talent leaders looking to you to help build recruiting DNA into their organization
- An obsession with delighting those you support, wearing student, teacher, and coach hats simultaneously
- Ambition to be the foremost people expert at the foremost people company
