About This Role
It’s an exciting time to join Resource. We have a product with traction in the market that reduces the busy-work required in recruiting and the beginning of a platform that enables new ways of building teams.

Now that we’ve proven our basic hypothesis that recruiters want to work this way, we want to double down on our mission to make organizations healthier by ensuring recruiting is a human and balanced process between candidates and companies.

What you’ll do:
*Lead the design of our products
*Partner with Product on the roadmap
*Facilitate a transparent and inclusive design process
*Execute from wireframes down to UI

Cultivate design across the organization
*Participate in cross-team design reviews for our other product (which is in the R&D phase)
*Help evolve our design process (design systems & design process)

We also hope you’ll be able to bring things to the organization we can’t yet predict, whether that’s new initiatives, perspectives, or rituals.
